How to Obtain Your Transcript
Current Students
- Unofficial Transcripts: If you need a printout for CSF, clubs, or personal review, please see Anabel in the Records Office. There is no fee an unofficial copy.
- Official Transcripts: The fee is $1.00 for up to 7 copies. You can pay at the Student Store or online using the link below. If paying online, please email your receipt to anramirez@ycusd.org and schedule a pickup time.
Former Students
Official transcripts for former students (graduates and post-age) is $3.00. You can request these in person at the Registrar’s office at RVHS or pay online using the link below.
If you pay online, please email the receipt to anramirez@ycusd.org and specify if you would like the transcript held for pickup, emailed, or mailed to you or a requesting organization.
Replacement Diploma
Replacement diplomas are $10.00.
